Jason Leshowitz is a district-level educational leader, career strategist, and the founder of RejectionProofCareer, a professional growth and career-positioning platform built for educators, creatives, adjuncts, professors, and higher education professionals who are ready to translate their experience into stronger opportunities, clearer professional visibility, and better compensation.

With more than 30 years in education, Jason has spent his career leading teams, supervising educators, conducting evaluations, building programs, and sitting in the hiring rooms where decisions actually get made. He has supervised, hired, coached, and evaluated more than 65 K-12 educators across a large public school district in New Jersey. He knows how candidates get placed in those rooms. He built RejectionProofCareer because most of them were being misread.

As a district leader, Jason oversees districtwide programming across multiple arts disciplines while leading large-scale initiatives involving curriculum, staffing, leadership development, public programming, and organizational growth within Clifton Public Schools, a district serving more than 11,000 students.

Alongside his district work, Jason coaches educators, principals, assistant principals, instructional leaders, adjuncts, professors, higher education professionals, and creative professionals through career repositioning, resume and LinkedIn strategy, interview preparation, and salary negotiation. His work is grounded in a simple observation: most of the people he works with don't have a capability problem. They have a translation problem.
