I help educators, school leaders, and creatives take the experience they've already built and communicate it in a way hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels can understand quickly.
That might mean rebuilding your résumé, repositioning your LinkedIn profile, preparing for an interview, figuring out a career pivot, or getting clearer about what your experience is actually worth.
I do that through one on one coaching, courses, practical tools, and my book, The Rejection-Proof Educator.
A lot of strong candidates don't have an experience problem. The value is there. It just isn't coming through clearly enough. That's the part I help fix.
I'm not sure where to start. What should I do first?
Start with what you need right now.
If you're still trying to figure out how your experience translates, grab The Resume Translation Trap. It's free, and it'll show you one of the biggest reasons experienced educators can look less qualified on paper than they actually are.
If you already know you want to make a career move and want a system to work through, the RejectionProof Career Pivot System walks you through direction, translation, positioning, résumé strategy, LinkedIn, and interviews in a logical order.
And if you're already applying, interviewing, or repositioning yourself for a specific opportunity, working with me directly will probably make the most sense.
What’s the difference between the Personalized Résumé + LinkedIn Rebrand at $379 and the Full Career Rebrand + Strategy at $599?
The $379 Personalized Résumé + LinkedIn Rebrand is for someone who already has a reasonably clear direction and mainly needs stronger materials.
I rebuild your résumé from the ground up and refresh your LinkedIn positioning so both are written around the kinds of roles you're targeting. You'll come away with a much stronger professional story, clearer language, better keyword alignment, and materials that present your experience at a higher level.
The $599 Full Career Rebrand + Strategy decides the lane first, then rebuilds your documents, positioning, and application strategy around it together.
If you know where you're headed and want your résumé and LinkedIn rebuilt around that target, the $379 package is likely enough.
What do I get in the RejectionProof Career Pivot System for $97?
You get a practical system for figuring out how to present your experience for a new direction.
We'll work through how to translate what you've done into language employers outside your current setting can understand, strengthen your résumé and LinkedIn positioning, and talk about your experience more effectively in interviews.
You'll also get templates, scripts, and supporting resources, including the Resume Fix Template Pack, LinkedIn Headline Swipe File, and 7 Days to Visible Planner.
You'll get immediate access as soon as you enroll.
What's the difference between the $149 Career Positioning Audit and the $197 one on one Review?
The $149 Career Positioning Audit is the broader diagnostic.
I review your résumé and LinkedIn together, identify where your positioning is breaking down, and give you annotated feedback, rebranding recommendations, and a follow up email Q&A so you know what I'd change and why.
The $197 one on one Review focuses on one piece, either your résumé or your LinkedIn profile. You'll get personalized feedback, marked up comments, five to seven specific recommendations, and a short next steps plan. It's delivered within 72 hours, Monday through Friday.
If you want me looking at the full picture, choose the audit. If you already know exactly which piece needs attention, the review is the cleaner option.
How do I get a signed copy of the book?
You can order a signed hardcover copy of The Rejection-Proof Educator directly through my site for $40 total, with U.S. shipping included.
I'll sign every copy myself, and you can request a personalized inscription too.
These early copies are fulfilled directly by me in limited quantities before the broader retail release.
Checkout is handled securely through Stripe.
When does the book officially come out?
The retail release of The Rejection-Proof Educator is scheduled for December 2026 through Amplify Publishing.
Signed early release copies are available directly from me now, before the wider retail launch.
What happens in a Live Interview Coaching session?
It’s a full one hour private coaching session built around the actual role you’re pursuing.
We’ll work on your interview strategy, practice questions live, sharpen the stories you’re using, and look closely at how your answers are positioning you for that specific job.
During the session, I’ll give you direct feedback on what’s landing, what’s weakening your answers, where you may be underselling your level, and how to communicate your judgment, leadership, results, and readiness more clearly.
We’ll also work through follow up questions, answer structure, delivery, and the moments where strong candidates can lose the room without realizing it.
After the session, I’ll send you a personalized 5-page interview strategy report based on everything we covered. It’ll capture the strongest answers and stories to keep using, the weak spots we uncovered, the language and positioning I’d tighten, and the specific adjustments I’d make before the real interview.
The session is $249.
This is for someone who wants more than practice. You’ll leave with live coaching, clear feedback, and a written strategy you can use again after the session is over.
How do I book a session or ask a question?
Email me at jason@rejectionproofcareer.com.
Tell me what you're working toward, where you're getting stuck, and what you're considering. I'll point you toward the option that makes the most sense.
For now, email is the booking path for coaching.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes, on specific services.
The one on one Résumé or LinkedIn Review comes with a straightforward promise: if I can't give you at least three clear improvements that would materially strengthen the document or profile, you'll receive a full refund.
The Career Positioning Audit also carries the RejectionProofCareer Promise. If the work doesn't give you clear, usable direction, I'll stay with it and fix what needs fixing.
I'm not going to promise you a job offer, interview, or specific salary. Nobody can responsibly guarantee that. What I can promise is clear feedback, stronger positioning, and specific changes you can actually use.
Is my experience really transferable, or am I starting over?
You're carrying a lot more with you than you probably realize.
If you've spent years teaching, leading programs, managing difficult situations, coaching people, presenting, organizing projects, solving problems, communicating with families, or making decisions under pressure, those skills don't disappear because you change industries or move into leadership.
The challenge is getting someone outside your current environment to understand what those experiences mean.
That's the work.
Your experience belongs to you, and it travels. The goal is making sure the person reading your résumé, looking at your LinkedIn profile, or sitting across from you in an interview can actually see what you bring.
